Can’t sign in, verification email not arriving, a test behaving oddly, or anything else that isn’t working.

Write from the address on your account and we will erase it — your details, test attempts, scores and sign-in records. What exactly goes is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Ask what we hold about you, request a copy, ask for a correction, or raise a concern about how your data has been handled. Parents and guardians asking about a student under 18 should use this too.

A wrong answer key, a mistyped value, a broken diagram, an ambiguous question. Tell us which question and what looks wrong — these reports genuinely help.

If you have found a security flaw, please email support@calibratephysics.com with the details before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it. Students’ data is on the other side of that decision.
